Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on probe cards to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Assemble, test, and calibrate probe cards according to technical specifications and industry standards.
- Diagnose and repair probe card malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements in probe card design and functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and client interactions for quality assurance and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on probe card operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in probe card technology and semiconductor testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in probe card assembly, maintenance, or semiconductor testing, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor testing processes, probe card mechanics, and electrical diagnostics.
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for probe card assembly and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Bali and other regions as required.
- Certification in semiconductor testing or related fields is a plus.
