Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven algorithms to improve probe testing accuracy and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing probe area workflows.
- Optimize probe card performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
- Analyze large datasets from probe testing to identify patterns, predict failures, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools to streamline probe area operations.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, semiconductor testing, and probe technology to drive continuous innovation.
- Document technical processes, best practices, and AI model performance for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Provide training and support to engineering teams on AI tools and probe area methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, probe testing, or a similar engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for AI/ML development and data analysis.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor probe testing, probe cards, and wafer-level testing processes.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), yield enhancement techniques, and defect analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
