Responsibility
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans aligned with studentsâ goals, abilities, and learning styles.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Create engaging, interactive learning materials to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to track development and address educational needs.
- Incorporate modern teaching tools (digital resources, games, real-world applications) to make lessons dynamic.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and feedback for stakeholders.
- Participate in professional development workshops and team meetings to refine skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or educator (private or institutional).
- Fluency in English (native or near-native proficiency) with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for student-centered learning and the ability to motivate diverse learners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students with varying needs.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards (e.g., Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL) is a plus.

- Willingness to relocate to or work in Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be considered).
