Responsibility

  • Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals according to the CEO's preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Source high-quality ingredients, manage kitchen inventory, and handle grocery shopping efficiently.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Adapt menus to accommodate guests or special events as required.
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and pantry stock levels.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding the household operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Cook, or in a high-end catering role.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety protocols, and proper food handling (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to create diverse menus ranging from Indonesian local cuisine to International dishes.
  • Discipline, punctuality, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
