Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Priority Banking clients by providing tailored financial advice and wealth management solutions.
- Proactively identify and cross-sell a comprehensive range of banking products, including investment, insurance, and financing facilities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies to expand the priority banking footprint in the Johor region.
- Conduct regular financial portfolio reviews with clients to ensure their investments remain aligned with market shifts and personal goals.
- Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies at all times.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide holistic financial planning and estate management services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or priority banking.
- Possess relevant financial certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILLI, FIMM).
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and retail banking services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English and local languages.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk management and financial planning.
