Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with printing partners across Bali and Indonesia
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of custom apparel orders
- Monitor quality control standards and resolve any production issues
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to optimize costs
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams
- Provide regular reports on production status and partner performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve printing processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and new printing technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management or relationship building
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in the apparel or printing industry is a plus
- Familiarity with production processes and quality control
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
