Responsibility
- Evaluate and recommend security solutions for operational technology (OT) environments to mitigate risks and enhance protection.
- Develop and maintain security architectures that align with global standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate security measures into existing and new systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential threats.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security breaches.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, ensuring proactive adaptation of security strategies.
- Work closely with senior management to report on security metrics and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on OT or industrial control systems (ICS).
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures for large-scale enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security challenges.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams is a plus.
