Responsibility
- Define and execute process roadmaps for Angstrom-era semiconductor devices, aligning with business and technical objectives.
- Lead the integration of plasma physics, material science, and chamber hardware design to optimize process performance and yield.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to develop and validate next-generation process technologies.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and modeling to identify process improvements and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic edge.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, patents, and intellectual property to protect and advance the company’s innovations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field with a focus on semiconductor processing or plasma physics.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a proven track record in plasma etching, deposition, or chamber design.
- Deep expertise in Angstrom-scale process development and a strong understanding of material interactions at the atomic level.
- Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments), statistical process control (SPC), and advanced metrology tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment suppliers, industry standards (e.g., SEMI), and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a dynamic, international work culture.
