Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications, patient counseling, and adherence to prescription guidelines.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring of pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, patient satisfaction, and business growth.
- Maintain compliance with local and international pharmacy regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize patient care and pharmacy services.
- Drive sales and promotional initiatives to achieve revenue targets while maintaining ethical pharmacy practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Valid pharmacist license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and patient counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations, inventory, and financial performance.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
