Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants to exceed performance targets.
- Business Development: Drive new client acquisitions and expand relationships with existing accounts in the ICT sector.
- Strategic Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality talent placement for key roles.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent demands in ICT.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5+ years in recruitment/consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the ICT sector, including emerging technologies and talent trends.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Strong ability to drive revenue, negotiate deals, and manage client expectations.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Networking Ability: Established client and candidate networks in the ICT space (preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Self-driven with a proven ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, HR, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
