Responsibility
- Lead on-site inspections and technical supervision of contractor work to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and review construction methodologies, drawings, and technical submissions to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design conflicts and implement value-engineering solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-complexity construction activities.
- Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, providing actionable reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and international best practices (e.g., ISO, LEED).
- Mentor junior staff and contractors on best practices in construction design and execution.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives and aesthetic vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; PE or chartered status is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Project Manager, Design Lead).
- Proven expertise in luxury resort, hospitality, or high-rise construction projects.
- Deep knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/construction software.
- Strong understanding of structural, MEP, and finishing systems for tropical climates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Certifications in OSHA, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in Bali (relocation support provided) and travel to project sites as needed.
