Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English or Mathematics lessons aligned with the schoolâs curriculum.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development and address individual needs.
- Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Uphold school policies, classroom management strategies, and behavioral expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary education, preferably in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to teach English or Mathematics effectively to young learners (ages 6-12).
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, such as inquiry-based learning, differentiated instruction, and project-based learning.
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or a teaching license is highly advantageous.
- Passion for working with children, patience, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (preference given to candidates already in Indonesia).
