Responsibility
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in production machinery.
- Conduct calibration and testing of equipment to meet industry and safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repair logs, using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and semiconductor industry regulations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades.
- Provide on-call support for emergency repairs and critical system failures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance principles, PLC systems, and industrial automation is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or on-call rotations as required.
- Certifications in safety training (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, Hazardous Materials Handling) are a bonus.
