Responsibility
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and foster cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Teach English language skills through interactive activities, storytelling, songs, and games tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing personalized feedback to parents and guardians during regular communications.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to develop holistic educational programs that incorporate play-based learning and cultural awareness.
- Organize and lead group activities, field trips, and special events to enhance the learning experience and build a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones for each student.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus for English-focused roles).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, or in a similar role.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of child development principles.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive, and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Familiarity with multicultural teaching environments and adaptability to diverse student needs.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
