Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the preschool’s vision, mission, and long-term goals in alignment with best practices in early childhood education.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of educators and support staff, fostering a collaborative and child-centered culture.
- Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets international standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Enrollment Growth: Drive student recruitment through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and partnerships with local and expat families.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including budget management, facility maintenance, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
- Parent & Community Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, address concerns, and organize events to enhance family involvement and satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate educational programs, student progress, and staff performance to maintain the highest standards of excellence.
- Innovation & Improvement: Introduce creative teaching methods, technology integration, and extracurricular activities to enrich the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in preschool leadership or management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of building high-performing educational environments.
- Curriculum Expertise: Deep understanding of early childhood development theories, pedagogical approaches (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia), and international curriculum frameworks.
- Business Acumen: Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and strategic growth initiatives for educational institutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work in a multicultural setting, respecting and integrating local and international perspectives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian educational regulations and licensing requirements for preschools.
