Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons for preschool-aged children.
- Implement the Singapore-based curriculum effectively, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to organize and participate in school events and activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Encourage and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching English to young learners, preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and teaching methodologies.
