Responsibility
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with local and international early childhood education standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a high-quality, child-centered curriculum that fosters holistic development.
- Mentor, train, and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the community to enhance engagement and trust.
- Monitor and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth centre operations.
- Drive continuous improvement through regular assessments, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
- Represent the preschool at local events, workshops, and educational forums to promote its mission and values.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- ECDA certification or equivalent recognized leadership qualification in early childhood education.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood education, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories, curriculum frameworks, and best practices in early learning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence.
- Experience in parent engagement, community outreach, and stakeholder management.
- Passion for innovative teaching methods, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth.
