You’ll collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, address client concerns, and ensure seamless pre-sales processes that lead to successful deal closures.
Based in Bali’s vibrant tech hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunities to grow alongside industry-leading technologies.
Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations for corporate clients, highlighting key features and business benefits.
- Provide expert pre-sales support, including requirement analysis, solution design, and feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client pain points and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations and technical evaluations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative engagement and post-sales follow-ups.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in presales, technical support, or solutions consulting for enterprise software/hardware.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, or cybersecurity (depending on product focus).
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
