Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting for IT-related issues reported by employees.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
- Conduct regular audits of IT infrastructure to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Offer technical support and training to staff on new software and hardware implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity suites.
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical staff and provide clear instructions.
