Responsibility

  • Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for retail stores across Bali, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits to perform system checks, updates, and maintenance on hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including POS systems, computers, printers, and networking devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the central IT team to implement IT policies, security protocols, and system upgrades.
  • Train store staff on basic IT operations, troubleshooting, and best practices for using IT systems.
  • Document all IT support activities, including issue logs, resolutions, and maintenance reports.
  • Assist in the deployment of new IT projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or multi-location environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, including POS systems and peripheral devices.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and assist non-technical staff.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between store locations in Bali.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
