Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during customer meetings, workshops, and negotiations to address complex business challenges.
- Create and review technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to position Konica Minoltaâs solutions effectively.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
- Travel occasionally to client sites or regional offices as needed (with prior notice and support for logistics).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles, preferably in the ICT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, hardware, or cloud solutions (e.g., document management, workflow automation, or IT infrastructure).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
