Responsibility
- Provide premium technical support to global clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex hardware/software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related problems using advanced tools and methodologies.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all interactions and solutions in CRM systems with accuracy and detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve tier-2/3 technical issues.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and product knowledge through continuous training.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs (e.g., resolution time, CSAT scores, first-call resolution).
- Uphold data security and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome!).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS), networking, or software troubleshooting is a plus.
- Customer-service oriented with a patient, empathetic approach.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules (including nights/weekends) to support global clients.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is advantageous.
