Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Demonstrate Dyson’s innovative products (e.g., vacuums, air purifiers, hair tools) with confidence, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is inviting, well-stocked, and aligned with Dyson’s premium brand image.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash/credit payments, and manage inventory using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or technology brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to learn and explain complex product features simply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset to resolve inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
