Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide clear, concise, and grammatically correct written communication in English.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a non-voice customer support or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (business-level proficiency).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or consumer products is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or work from Bali (preferred but not mandatory for remote candidates).
