Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Follow company scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Document and update customer records in CRM systems with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
