Responsibility
- Craft innovative and classic cocktails using premium ingredients and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele with professionalism and charm
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menus, including wine, spirits, and specialty drinks
- Ensure bar operations run smoothly during peak hours while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering
- Train and mentor junior staff in mixology techniques and customer service excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal drink menus and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in upscale establishments
- Proven expertise in mixology with a portfolio of signature cocktails
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer selections
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace
