Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of precision injection moulding machines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of moulding equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize mould designs and production parameters.
- Document and report production data, defects, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Support the calibration and testing of new moulds and materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in injection moulding or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of moulding machine operations, tooling, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for production issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
