Responsibility
- Provide technical pre-sales support to customers and partners across APAC, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client pain points and propose tailored scanner hardware, capture software, and AI automation solutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to educate clients on Kodak Alaris technologies, features, and benefits.
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in document imaging, OCR, workflow automation, and AI-driven data extraction.
- Create customized proposals and ROI analyses to justify solution investments and accelerate deal closure.
- Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital transformation, intelligent document processing, and competitive offerings.
- Support post-sales implementation and ensure smooth transitions for clients adopting new solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions consulting within the document imaging, capture software, or AI automation industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through technical expertise and customer engagement in APAC markets.
- Strong knowledge of scanner hardware (e.g., Kodak Alaris, Fujitsu, HP), capture software (e.g., Kofax, ABBYY), and AI/ML applications in document processing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel across APAC (up to 30%) to support client meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Indonesian) are highly advantageous.
