Responsibility
- Lead technical discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Design and deliver customized technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategic proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimates.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering/product teams.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on product features, integrations, and competitive differentiators.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product roadmaps and improve solution offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position PBA Group as a leader.
- Assist in training and onboarding new clients to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
