Responsibility
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, showcasing network devices, servers, and surveillance systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and cost estimates for potential projects.
- Provide pre-sales support, including site surveys, needs assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Liaise with engineering and R&D teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities and industry standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in networking, servers, and surveillance to recommend competitive solutions.
- Address client technical inquiries and objections with clear, concise, and accurate responses.
- Assist in post-sales handover to ensure smooth transition from proposal to implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering, preferably in ICT, networking, or surveillance systems.
- Strong knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), servers, and IP surveillance systems.
- Proven ability to translate technical details into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Experience with solution design, proposal writing, and RFP processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TCP/IP, cybersecurity, cloud computing) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and site visits.
