As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurate construction takeoffs, blueprint interpretation, and detailed cost analysis to ensure competitive and precise bidding. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of high-impact projects, helping clients make informed decisions while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Responsibility
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings using industry-standard software.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope and requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project details and refine estimates.
- Analyze market trends, supplier quotes, and historical data to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain estimating databases and templates for efficiency and consistency.
- Present bid proposals and cost breakdowns to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Stay updated on construction methods, materials, and industry best practices to enhance accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably for US-based projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in a night-shift schedule (US time zones) is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate estimates to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
