Responsibility
- Lead and expand the penetration testing practice, including team growth, client acquisition, and service delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, including network, web application, and cloud penetration tests.
- Develop and implement customized testing methodologies tailored to client needs and industry standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, PTES).
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare detailed, actionable reports for clients, highlighting vulnerabilities, risks, and remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into client systems and processes.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies by conducting research and participating in industry forums.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, with a proven track record in ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and exploit development.
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Wireshark, and custom scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, web application security, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CEH, or CRTO (highly preferred).
- Experience in team leadership, project management, and client-facing roles within cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and scale security practices, including process improvement and revenue growth.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for cybersecurity innovation.
