Responsibility
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze PR and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Reload Sanctuary at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR, event management, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the Bali market and local media landscape is a plus.
