Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy SCADA and Power Monitoring Systems (PMS) for data centers, factories, and critical power infrastructure.
- Program and configure PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) for real-time control and automation.
- Integrate IoT sensors, RTUs, and communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA) into monitoring networks.
- Develop HMI (Human-Machine Interface) dashboards for intuitive system visualization and operator control.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers to align solutions with client requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams.
- Stay updated on emerging SCADA/PMS technologies and recommend improvements for system optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in SCADA/PMS development, PLC programming, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in SCADA software (e.g., Ignition, WinCC, Citect, FactoryTalk View) and PLC platforms (Siemens TIA Portal, Studio 5000, Codesys).
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
- Experience with power distribution systems, switchgear, and protective relays is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, Python, or C# for data processing and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Bali and occasionally Malaysia for project deployment.
