Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Create and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality data inputs for reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices for data visualization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics to continuously improve processes.
- Document technical specifications, data flows, and reporting methodologies for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or similar role, with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data modeling and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
