As a Pool Guardian, you will play a crucial role in monitoring pool areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1800 - $2000 per month and is based in beautiful Bali, with locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all guests and prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
- Report any incidents or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
