Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned villas, resorts, or private residences, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other textiles, ensuring they are fresh, neatly folded, and properly stored.
- Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and supplies in bathrooms and bedrooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with light organizational tasks, such as arranging decor, folding laundry, and maintaining storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in private residences or high-end properties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (experience in luxury villas or resorts is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment (training will be provided).
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the property’s needs.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other staff members.
