Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance branch performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and cost-management processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train cross-functional teams to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, back-of-house, and support departments.
- Drive innovation in guest experience, leveraging technology and best practices to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and team performance in a multi-location setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in operational software (e.g., PMS, POS, ERP) and data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality standards, local regulations, and industry trends in Bali or Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
