Responsibility
- Support day-to-day BAU (Business As Usual) operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and propose improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and resource allocation to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of PMO frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate project performance and operational health.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and external partners.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PMO, operations support, or project coordination, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
