Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of banking IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on asset utilization, project progress, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate logistics for IT equipment, including shipping, tracking, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize asset allocation and cost efficiency.
- Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies related to IT asset management.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on asset management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PMO, IT asset management, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and banking compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related fields are a plus.
