Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Collaborate with engineering team to improve process efficiency and product quality
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Provide technical support to production teams during operations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plant maintenance or process engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules
