Responsibility
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with organizational goals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
