As we expand our operations to Bali, Indonesia, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our batching and crushing plant operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for batching and crushing plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce operational disruptions.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and oversee repairs to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals and production targets.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and company safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in plant maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or processing plant.
- Proven expertise in maintaining batching, crushing, or similar heavy machinery in a production environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
