Join Robinsons Handyman as a Planogram Specialist and play a pivotal role in maximizing retail efficiency and customer engagement through strategic space planning. In this dynamic position, you will design, develop, and implement data-driven planograms that enhance product visibility, optimize shelf space, and drive sales performance across our retail locations in Bali.
Leveraging your expertise in visual merchandising and retail analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our stores are not only aesthetically appealing but also commercially effective. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the shopping experience in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic retail markets.
Responsibility
- Design and develop data-driven planograms to optimize product placement, shelf space, and store layouts for maximum sales impact.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and inventory teams to align planograms with promotional strategies and stock availability.
- Analyze sales data, customer traffic patterns, and market trends to refine planogram strategies and improve performance.
- Implement and maintain planogram compliance across all retail locations, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Utilize planogram software (e.g., JDA, Retail Space Planning, or similar tools) to create and update visual merchandising layouts.
- Conduct store visits and audits to assess planogram effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
- Train and guide store staff on planogram execution, product placement, and visual merchandising best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in retail space planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in planogram development, visual merchandising, or retail space planning.
- Proficiency in planogram software (e.g., JDA Space Planning, Retail Space Planning, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and spatial organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, inventory management, and sales forecasting is a plus.
