Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategic planning processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production) to align supply with demand and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates) to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of planners, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and process excellence.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to synchronize supply chain activities across multiple regions.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools to streamline workflows and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Just-in-Time (JIT), or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global teams.
