Responsibility
- Develop and implement digital planning systems to streamline manufacturing and logistics workflows.
- Analyze production data, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to optimize resource allocation and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Supply Chain) to integrate ERP, MES, or custom planning software.
- Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Generate KPI reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Train and support staff on new digital tools and methodologies to ensure smooth adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, IoT, automation) relevant to planning and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, logistics, or digital transformation within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of ERP/MES systems and their application in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
