Responsibility
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure project progress aligns with the master schedule and milestones.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards across all project phases.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, resource histograms, and S-curves for management review.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to manage site logistics and resource deployment.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local legal requirements and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations, and project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay to coordinate with diverse teams.
