Responsibility
- Assist in managing inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock control.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock movements and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status, stock levels, and warehouse activities.
- Support the planning and scheduling of material requirements for production.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
