Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while optimizing transportation routes and costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for shipments, customs clearance, and compliance.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support warehouse operations by overseeing inventory levels and ensuring proper storage of goods.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and import/export laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
