Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or injuries.
- Provide high-quality therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to facilitate optimal recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly to ensure clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic and integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on home care routines and preventative measures.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and internal clinical training programs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy or a Diploma recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Full registration with the AHPC (Singapore).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
- Valid certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or AED is highly preferred.
